Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods — without giving any reason.

How to return a product

• Email us at sklep@swiadomeslowa.pl within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Include your order number in the email.
• You will receive a return form and the return address in reply.
• Send the product back undamaged (preferably in the original packaging), at your own expense.
• We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the parcel — using the same payment method you used.

Complaints (2-year statutory warranty)

If the product has a defect — either a factory defect or one that occurred during shipping — you have 2 years to file a complaint.

• Email sklep@swiadomeslowa.pl with a description of the defect + a photo.
• We will respond within 14 days.
• We will replace, repair, or refund the item — depending on the situation.

Non-delivery / shipping damage

If the parcel doesn't arrive within 7 business days or arrives damaged — let us know right away. We handle it directly with the courier, not you.
