§ 1. General Provisions
1. The online shop operating at swiadomeslowa.pl is run by Fundacja Dobrej Energii (KRS 0000926621, Chairperson: Małgorzata Małysa) (hereinafter: the "Seller"). NIP 5833437953

3. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, delivery, payment, the right of withdrawal, and complaints.
4. The Customer may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.
§ 2. Definitions
- Shop — the online shop operated by the Seller at swiadomeslowa.pl.
- Customer — a person making a purchase in the Shop.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
- Goods — products offered in the Shop (physical and digital).
- Sales Agreement — the agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
§ 3. Placing Orders
1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via swiadomeslowa.pl.
2. Placing an order requires: selecting a product, providing shipping details, choosing a delivery and payment method, and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming its receipt.
4. The Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.
5. Prices in the Shop are final prices expressed in Polish złoty. The Foundation benefits from a subjective VAT exemption under Article 113(1) of the Act on Goods and Services Tax — prices do not include VAT.
§ 4. Payments
1. The Shop offers the following payment methods:
- BLIK
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Fast bank transfer (list of banks)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
2. Payments are processed by PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań.

§ 5. Delivery
1. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, within the territory of the Republic of Poland only.
2. The Shop offers the following delivery methods:
- InPost Parcel Locker — PLN 13.99, delivery time: 1–2 business days
- InPost Courier — PLN 15.99, delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Free delivery — for orders over PLN 200
3. Order processing time is up to 3 business days from when payment is received.
4. Digital products (e.g. vouchers, e-books, audio) are delivered electronically to the Customer's email address immediately after payment is received.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement
1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs (except for the cost of returning the goods).
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a statement to the email address: kontakt@swiadomeslowa.pl.
3. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the statement, to the same account used for payment.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital products delivered as a file, if the Consumer agreed to the service starting before the 14-day period ends;
- Coaching services, if they have already been provided with the Consumer's consent;
- Goods made to individual order (personalized).
§ 7. Complaints
1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the agreement under the terms set out in the Civil Code.
2. A complaint can be submitted by email to kontakt@swiadomeslowa.pl, including: Customer details, order number, description of the defect, and the expected resolution.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will replace the goods with defect-free ones, repair them, reduce the price, or refund the equivalent value of the order.
§ 8. Personal Data
1. The Seller is the controller of Customers' personal data.
2. The data is processed for order fulfillment, complaint handling, and marketing purposes (with separate consent).
3. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.
§ 9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
1. The Consumer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods for complaints, including:
- Mediation before the Provincial Trade Inspector;
- Proceedings before the permanent consumer arbitration court;
- The European Union ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 10. Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the publication date.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the publication date of the new Terms and Conditions.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
4. Any disputes shall be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
