1. The online shop operating at swiadomeslowa.pl<\/strong> is run by Fundacja Dobrej Energii (KRS 0000926621, Chairperson: Ma\u0142gorzata Ma\u0142ysa)<\/strong> (hereinafter: the \"Seller\"). These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, delivery, payment, the right of withdrawal, and complaints.<\/p>\n 4. The Customer may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.<\/p>\n 1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via swiadomeslowa.pl.<\/p>\n 2. Placing an order requires: selecting a product, providing shipping details, choosing a delivery and payment method, and accepting these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n 3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming its receipt.<\/p>\n 4. The Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.<\/p>\n 5. Prices in the Shop are final prices expressed in Polish z\u0142oty. The Foundation benefits from a subjective VAT exemption under Article 113(1) of the Act on Goods and Services Tax \u2014 prices do not include VAT.<\/p>\n 1. Order processing time is up to 3 business days from when payment is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Digital products (e.g. vouchers, e-books, audio) are delivered electronically to the Customer's email address immediately after payment is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs (except for the cost of returning the goods).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a statement to the email address: kontakt@swiadomeslowa.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the statement, to the same account used for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the agreement under the terms set out in the Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. A complaint can be submitted by email to kontakt@swiadomeslowa.pl, including: Customer details, order number, description of the defect, and the expected resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will replace the goods with defect-free ones, repair them, reduce the price, or refund the equivalent value of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. The Seller is the controller of Customers' personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. The data is processed for order fulfillment, complaint handling, and marketing purposes (with separate consent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.
