Include your order number in the email.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive a return form and the return address in reply.<\/li>\n<li>Send the product back undamaged (preferably in the original packaging), at your own expense.<\/li>\n<li>We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the parcel \u2014 using the same payment method you used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Complaints (2-year statutory warranty)<\/h2>\n<p>If the product has a defect \u2014 either a factory defect or one that occurred during shipping \u2014 you have 2 years to file a complaint.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:sklep@swiadomeslowa.pl\">sklep@swiadomeslowa.pl<\/a> with a description of the defect + a photo.<\/li>\n<li>We will respond within 14 days.<\/li>\n<li>We will replace, repair, or refund the item \u2014 depending on the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Non-delivery \/ shipping damage<\/h2>\n<p>If the parcel doesn't arrive within 7 business days or arrives damaged \u2014 let us know right away.
